5 % by signing the contracts 20 % after receiving building permission and construction start 15 % by completing the base 20 % by finishing shell and roof construction 10 % by finishing pipes and lines and inner rendering 10 % by finishing windows and covering the roof 15 % by handing over the keys 5 % after check up Note: no mortgages in Turkey for construction , but maybe it is possible in your homecountry, if you own a home there.
