Financing  a property in Turkey                                     

 Building a home is a desicion for a lifetime - we work like in Europe, payments in steps and we give you an agreement with all details and construction works for your building !

Financing a new building in Turkey is easy and nearly the same like in Europe if you decide to build with us:


1. Step: Deposit for construction to hold the construction price , it will be substracted of the salesprice after



2. Step: Purchase procedure (Plot) - click to read the procedure on the image

3. Step: Signing contracts with us, start of construction when the building permission is given



After you bought your plot of land separately (if it is not an off-plan development including the land in price, if you want to purchase an offer at our general website including land, please ask us about the individual installments)


5 % by signing the contracts
20 % after receiving building permission and construction start
15 % by completing the base
20 % by finishing shell and roof construction
10 % by finishing pipes and lines and inner rendering
10 % by finishing windows and covering the roof
15 % by giving the title deed and handing over the keys
5 % completing incl. basic garden works and check up


For your safety our bank will sign a bank guarantee and a draft which you can honour every time when there is a breach of contract.


Together with a lawyer a contract of trust will be made. The lawyer will take the plot on his name (lasts one day) and we can immediatly ask for building permission. The file for military check up for your plot will be made and after coming back from Izmir (about 3 month) we can hand over the ownership deed to you. All payments and building control will do the lawyer.

OUR 3 D DESIGN PLANS WHICH WE DO WITH YOU TOGETHER ARE FREE OF CHARGE IF YOU SIGN A CONTRACT OF OUR COMPANY.

IF THE 3 D PLANS ARE DONE AND YOU DECIDE not TO BUILD  WITH US, WE CHARGE A FEE OF 70 GBP per hour FOR OUR PLANS. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU USE THE PLANS AFTER OR NOT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WORK FOR HOURS TO FIT THE DESIGN PLANS ON YOUR DEMAND.


AS LONG AS THE PLANS ARE NOT PAYED WE DO NOT ALLOW TO COPY OUR PLANS FOR ANOTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY YOU WILL BUILD WITH!
