DALAMAN MARINA CONSTRUCTION (4th biggest marina in Turkey) WILL START SOON AND WILL BE IN SERVICE 2013
D-Marin Dalaman Marina; that has 675 mooring and 500 ashore capacity for the yachts between 10 – 60 mt and whose licence procedure still continues; will be in service at the end of 2013. After the last licences are approved, construction will start and will last a short time like 2,5 years. With the big tonaged travel lift pier which is within plans, D-marin will take another important step for the service to mega yachts whose demand is increasing nowadays.
Dalaman Marina will be an important living quarter together with serving high quality to Turkish and foreign boat owners with it's style of architecture and technical hardware. With the assistance of our other marina experiences, in Dalaman Marina all the details of yacht owners' needs and high quality standarts are thought of.
As a centre of attraction, Dalaman Marina, will cover a significant part of this shortage of the area and will make a contrıbution to colour the life in the region with it's services to yacht owners and social facilities. The marina will create advantage to it's users due to it's walking distance to Dalaman airport and it's nearby location to the most beautiful bays of Mediterranean and to most important tourism centers.

Sarigerme is still an ideal place for individualists and has one real breathtaking attraction: the very clean and crystal clear water and the sandy beachstream which is 29 km long and awarded with the blue flag . The distance to the Dalaman international airport with its transfer time of 15 carminutes makes the arrival in your second home country really comfortable. The next bigger cities are Dalaman (12 km) and Ortaca (15 km), with its excellent infrastructure and new hospitals and a good dentist (English/German speaking staff). The transportation , every 30 min. to Ortaca and back are airconditioned and comfortable. Every Sunday is market at the main road of Sarigerme, the market in Dalaman is on Thursday, in Ortaca on Friday. The Hilton Hotel Corporation announced a €100 million franchise agreement a few years ago and created an up-market golf and spa resort near Dalaman, a rapidly developing tourist area on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The 384-room Hilton Dalaman Golf Resort & Spa, located on the Blue Flag-awarded beach at Sarigerme, opened 2009 and boast its own spa complex and 18-hole golf course (open 2012). "This announcement will be a major boost for the property market in Dalaman, with the area's developing tourism infrastructure, including this international golf resort, having a very positive affect on local demand and property values," said Dominic Whiting, editor of the Buying in Turkey guide after the announcement. Dalaman with its growing number of charter flights to its recently expanded airport, is now the country's third largest. According to Hilton, the golf and spa Resort in Sarigerme, which is the company's first resort in the country, marked the beginning of a period of expansion in Turkey, which has one of the world's fastest growing tourist industries .
